Lampascioni, characteristic onions with a slightly bitter taste, are a true Apulian peculiarity. with a unique and unmistakable taste, preserved in extra virgin olive oil and flavored with local spices without the addition of preservatives and dyes, they are suitable as an appetizer or combined with other foods.
